Reiki Services
Reiki is a Japanese form of gentle, non-invasive healing technique used for stress reduction to better promote healing. In addressing the energy centers of the body, Reiki aims to deepen relaxation, alleviate stress, and promote healing. It is considered a complementary alternative medicine (CAM) modality that is used to better facilitate the body’s natural healing processes.
I have been practicing some form of energy healing for over 20 years, but in 2021, I completed my Usui Holy Fire Reiki (II) practitioner level 2 training and have been happily practicing Reiki ever since.

An initial attunement with me starts with both a chakra card reading followed by a targeted 45 min rebalancing session to address the most critical issues first.
