Classes & Groups to support a heart-centered world. Check in often to see what trauma-informed trainings and heart-centered leadership classes are available.
I have been training and public speaking in front of a variety of audiences since 1990. My classes often use lived experience to connect audiences to their own humanity while sharing knowledge I have gained through my professional career as an attorney, mediator, advocate, and healer. Surviving This Tower Moment
Thurs., Dec 11 @ 5pm (MST)
When the world keeps burning, you deserve tools that help you rebuild — not just endure.
This 2-hour class introduces a framework for surviving personal and social change using the wisdom of The Tower (even though this isn’t a tarot class).
The Tower in tarot is symbolic of intense, sudden change. While I believe strongly that change is inevitable, misery doesn’t have to be. We don’t have to carry despair and inequality into our future, nor do we have to repeat the people-pleasing patterns of the past.
With the right framework, you can turn these moments into opportunities for growth and transformation. Especially now, to have a framework for managing the many towers that are coming down around us will be an essential tool of any leader, healer, or good troublemaker.
If life has felt like collapse after collapse, this is your sign that transformation is calling. ✨
Stay tuned for future dates – this class will be offered regularly throughout 2026.

Testimonials
I am so glad I signed up for Janet’s class today. She offered a fresh perspective about consent that I hadn’t expected. I walked away with so much to think about. But more importantly, I was inspired to actually do something about it. Wow.
T.A. (Santa Fe, NM)
“I had the absolute pleasure to share space with a magnificent teacher today, Janet, who lives in breathes the wise and the divine. I had put out to the universe a prayer to connect me with a brilliant mentor who could help me progress in my business and, lo and behold, it is Janet. The perfect balance of intellect and wisdom with intuitive knowing and know-how. We all need mentors, so I feel blessed and honoured to share space with Janet and I’m looking forward to her future teaching and mentoring. “ Dr Sue Miller (Perth, Australia)
I just can’t thank Janet enough for the work she put into these resources. She was patient in explaining things and funny in showing her own mistakes.
— L.M. (Philly)
I admit I have been a long time fan ever since she started facilitating consent conversations. But she always manages to surprise me with something new. I always feel seen.
