I have been training and public speaking in front of a variety of audiences since 1990. My classes often use lived experience to connect audiences to their own humanity while sharing knowledge I have gained through my professional career as an attorney, mediator, advocate, and healer. This 2-hour class introduces a framework for surviving personal and social change using the wisdom of The Tower (even though this isn’t a tarot class).
The Tower in tarot is symbolic of intense, sudden change. While I believe strongly that change is inevitable, misery doesn’t have to be. We don’t have to carry despair and inequality into our future, nor do we have to repeat the people-pleasing patterns of the past.
With the right framework, you can turn these moments into opportunities for growth and transformation. Especially now, to have a framework for managing the many towers that are coming down around us will be an essential tool of any leader, healer, or good troublemaker.
